Tooling and design is a niche R&M prides itself on. At R&M we have our own in house tooling division capable of both hand tooling and CNC tooling. R&M has been trusted to redesign entire lines of caps to keep up with the every changing and evolving styles of many different industries. This has increased sales for these companies exponentially. It is safe to say that the tooling cost is very minimal when compared to the increased profits gained in these cases. It has been our task to develop concepts from scratch and take them from the drafting phase to a finished production mold in a short period of time and at low cost. R&M also prides itself on having the lowest costs in the industry for tooling and mold making. We are willing to work with our customers, not against them; Meaning that we try and make it as affordable and feasible as possible to accomplish. Many customers have switched to us from other vendors because of our concepts and tooling capabilities. We have designed everything from injection molds to a standard open mold. In R&M’s 30 year history there has been over 1000 molds built from the ground up. .
