R&M has a reputation for design. With our in house tooling and CNC capabilities we have redesigned entire lines of caps, completely changing the appeal of trailers. This has increased sales exponentially for each company. It is safe to say that the tooling cost is very minimal when compared to the increased profits gained in these cases. From aggressive, to modest and contemporary, We have designed hundreds of trailer caps for all applications and are known for having very low costs in this department. It is our belief that it should not be difficult or financially exhausting to re-design and bring your company to the next level.

Even at high production R&M is known for quality. At R&M we use top of the line materials and equipment. We use an electronic calibration system that measures the weight of all materials used in production so that each part is identical. By laying extra reinforcements such as balsa and cores as well as hand lay around mounting points we guarantee a durable and long lasting piece. Throughout production each part goes through a rigorous inspection process and each individual piece is inspected before it is shipped. If there is ever an issue we replace/repair the piece immediately to be sure that your company’s production is never interrupted. Problems of this nature are very rare. We guarantee the quality of our products.

Because we believe so strongly in good customer service we go the extra mile to ensure that you are happy with our service. We have built multiple molds on our own dollar, made sacrifices in the tooling and mold building procedures, generally kept stock a month in advance of orders, delivered within an hour of some orders, and have been there the same day if there were any quality issues. Because of this we have never had a problem being there for any of our customers in a tight spot. It is this attitude that has set us apart from all others in the industry and is why many customers switch to us from other venders. It is also because of this that We have never lost a customer.
